The Mines

Overview

The Mines are not true mazes; following one wall will not cover all locations. You must work from a map to be successful. All Gold Unique (GU) rooms have been mapped, with yellow dots indicating GU Chests and key locations marked.

Green lines represent possible areas where the Shop door can appear. Although expensive, it's worth checking for unique items. Yellow lines represent areas where the Gold Room door can appear.

The darker gray area at the rear of the mines is where you'll encounter Gold Golems, which are tougher than their silver counterparts. This area is also where you'll find gold as well as silver when mining.

Key Information

• Coordinates are given as Horizontal, Vertical as they appear when you Right Click on the ground in Astonia.
• A Recall Scroll is strongly recommended when mining, as digging out to the entrance can be long and tedious.
• Lagging out is safe in mines as Golems do not respawn except in the main corridor.
• The Ruby Red Dot at 190,250 in mines 10 is Ruby. Bring her a Torch, and she'll be appreciative.
• Master Miner profession allows you to mine with less endurance and increases the amount you find each time, but doesn't increase finding frequency.

Additional Information

• Each level of GU room can be accessed by your character only once per Real Time Year.
• GU room and Shop doors move randomly, at least once per 24 hours Real Time and as little as 20 minutes after being found.
• If the roof collapses outside a shop or GU Room, blocking the door, you'll reappear in the corridor by that level entrance when trying to exit.
• Door placement qualifications:
  • The wall must be 2 bricks thick
  • The wall must be at least 3 bricks long
  • The wall must be hidden for the door to move to it
  • The door does not have to be hidden for it to move
